I imagine that Indian people do not use normally roman alphabet, therefor it's hard to decide whether our name is just similar or it is the same. For example I know that there was a German actor Sig Ruman, I know that there are more 200 Rumans in USA and I'm pretty sure that they have the same name even though they may pronounce it differently. However in this case the pronunciation may be the key but actually I'm rather confused. well, maybe, anyway my point stays the same.
